We are group of seasoned restaurant and hospitality professionals who set out to design and operate modern Italian espresso bars. Our name – Prima Cosa Caffe translates to First Thing Coffee and was inspired by our love of the daily ritual of enjoying coffee as part of our morning routine.

Our coffee roaster, illycaffe, has given us a special recognition called ‘Artisti Del Gusto (Artist of Taste), reserved for cafes that achieve the highest standards of preparation and presentation of the illy blend.
